I always rejoice and celebrate all things feminine in my work and in my life. Women loving women, loving themselves and loving each other, this is the essence of my art. The concept that all art has, or should have, both a feminine and masculine element is not mine. I do whole heartedly embrace this idea and use it to form an expression of the female and male principal in all my work. The giving and receiving of expressions of love between women in a contrast of composition is the alchemy of the feminine and masculine united in one creation which has a magical quality that forms a connection with all of humanity. Expressing this in the essence of female lovers is my way of embracing the goddess.
